RETURN POLICY

I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING 

US Orders

Not into what you got? It’s a bummer but it happens. As long as you haven’t worn it, washed it or cut the tags off, you can return it within 30 days of the invoice date and get your money back. Returned items need to be in the original packaging and resellable condition, so be careful with makeup and deodorant stains.

If an item is marked FINAL SALE, it can’t be returned or exchanged.

Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For non-final sale items, we cover the return shipping costs because we got your back.

Once we process your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know that we’ve issued your refund. This usually takes 2-3 days on our end, but it can take 7-10 business days to show up in your account—it depends on your bank.

International Orders

Same rules apply as US orders, except you cover all return shipping costs.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE SOMETHING

What you’ll need to do is return the item that doesn’t fit and place a new order for the correct size. Once we receive the returned item you’ll be refunded including the original shipping price, so it all works out with the charges.

Since our styles sell out super-fast, we recommend putting in your new order right away instead of waiting for your return to go through.

HOW DO I SEND IT BACK?

First, make sure you have a valid return:

  • Is it in resellable condition with the tags attached and in the original packaging?
  • Is it returnable? (i.e. it can’t be marked as FINAL SALE)
  • Is it within 30 days of the invoice date?

Then just follow these steps:

U.S. ORDERS

FREE RETURNS – yay!

  1. To make things easy, we included a Return Shipping Label in your package. If you can’t find it, reach out to Customer Service for a new one.
  2. Fill out the Return Form that was included in your package and mark the reason why you’re returning it.
  3. Put the item and Return Form back in the box (include any packaging it came with).
  4. Seal up the box with shipping tape (not Scotch tape—this baby’s going across the country so it needs to be secure).
  5. Attach the Return Shipping Label to the box and remove/cover-up any old shipping labels.
  6. Drop it off at your local postal office or give it to your USPS mail carrier

Once we process your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know that we’ve issued your refund. This usually takes 2-3 days on our end, but it can take 7-10 business days to show up in your account—it depends on your bank.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

FYI, we don’t offer free returns for international orders. Return shipping costs are on you.

  1. Fill out the Return Form that was included in your package and mark the reason why you’re returning it.
  2. Put the item and Return Form back in the box (include any packaging it came with).
  3. Seal up the box with shipping tape (not Scotch tape—this baby’s going far far away so it needs to be secure).
  4. Send it back using your preferred trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package because if it gets lost on its way back there’s nothing Dazzine can do.
