HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

HOW DO I CHANGE MY USER ID?

Your USER ID is the same as your email. If you want to change it, you’ll need to create a new account with a different email.

 

HOW DO I SAVE A NEW SHIPPING ADDRESS TO MY ADDRESS BOOK?

When you’re checking out, just enter the address where you want the order shipped and it’ll automatically save to your account.

You can also go this route:

My Account >> Account Details >> View Addresses >> Add a New Address

 

HOW DO I DELETE A SHIPPING ADDRESS FROM MY ADDRESS BOOK?

That feeling when you accidentally ship a package to your ex’s house…the worst.

To delete an address from your account:

My Account >> Account Details >> View Addresses >> Delete

WHAT CAN I USE TO PAY?

Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Payments…we take ‘em all.

 

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

Prices are listed in US dollars and orders are charged in US dollars.

 

CAN I BUY A DAZZINE GIFT CARD?

Not yet but we’re working on it. Sign up for emails to stay in the know.

 

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFO SECURE?

Definitely. We use advanced encryption technology to keep your info safe.

 

ORDERS

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

If you live in California, yes. Other states, you’re off the hook. However, although we don't add sales tax to your invoice, you may need to check with your local state. Many states have a so-called "use tax" that you should pay through your tax returns.

 

I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can’t make any promises, but if your order hasn’t been processed yet you can use the Contact Us form and select "Cancellation" as subject.

A customer service rep will be in touch to let you know if your order was able to be canceled.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER HISTORY?

I PRE-ORDERED SOMETHING. WHEN WILL I GET IT?

Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 48 hours of the collection launch.

 

I ORDERED SOMETHING THAT WAS MARKED “TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK.” WHEN WILL I GET IT?

Items that are temporarily out of stock (aka back-ordered) will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of the collection launch.

 

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF SOMETHING IS MARKED “NOTIFY ME.”

It means "coming soon" or "it’s sold out"- but might come back in stock. Enter your email address and we’ll let you know if/when the item becomes available again.
